Babilou Family Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct 

This Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct applies to all our employees, as well as to all stakeholders with whom we collaborate. It clearly defines our position regarding corruption practices.

All employees must carry out their activities with integrity and ethics, regardless of local customs or practices, and must comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations in the countries where Babilou Family operates.

Babilou Family Code of Ethics 

The Code of Ethics applies to all employees and executives of the Babilou Family Group, whether they work in France or in its international subsidiaries.

It aims to formalize our principles, values, expectations, and mutual responsibilities towards our suppliers, service providers, intermediaries, and, more broadly, all Babilou Family business partners.

This Code of Ethics is intended to guide us in our daily interactions with our business partners. As such, it also applies to them, setting out our expectations and aspirations in terms of business conduct, supplier selection, and supplier relations.
